Scarred for Life: Pop Culture Destroying Young Minds comes about because so many of us have memories of TV or movies that made a lasting impression on us and showed us the world in a darker light.
Here we will explore the scars of youth these impressions made upon us.
This blog is a labor of love (meaning I don’t make money and actually have to shell out a few shekels to keep it running), so fear not the occasional hiatus. Much like herpes, we will be back.
No one reads this blog except Russian spammers anyway. To them I say: Zdravstvuite, moi tovarishchi! Ostanovit podpisavshis na etot blog! Vy ne mozhete napisat chto-nibud zdes!!

Believe it or not, I studied Russian in high school and college. I still needed to use Google Translate on that.
UPDATE (Dec-31): While we originally had a very narrow focus, our own experiences based on pop culture, it looks like we need to expand the view a bit. So now anything scarring young minds is fair game for us! Life experiences, folklore, games, history, you name it.
